Futon Sofa makes into a Queen size bed. Length from arm to arm is 90 inches total. The frame is beautiful Oak, and would compliment other 'Mission Styles' of oak furniture. This is a very well made piece. We have used it as our main sofa, and a few times a year used as a bed for guests. The pad is a middle grade quality, only 4 years old,  in excellent condition, as is the cover.  The cover is a jaquard fabric and is easily cold water washed in your home washing machine and dried in the dryer or hang dry. I also have a second cover that is solid forest green, in excellent condition. Our home is pet- and smoke- free.
