I have over 5 years experience in vegetarian ethnic cooking. My current menu uses over 280 ingredients and contains about 500 authentic vegan recipes from Spanish, Italian, Greek, Polish, Hungarian, Middle Eastern, Indian and African (Ethiopia, Sudan, Central Africa, Mediterranean Africa) cuisines. Healthy, flavorful, colorful and tasty cooking without boredom and cruelty.

I always cook from scratch using fresh and unprocessed ingredients. I have designed and developed software that helps me compose menus for any number of people, without wasting food and money.

I have been a personal chef and also run my vegan food delivery company in Chicago.

I'm a non-smoker 35 Caucasian male. I love music and art and I'm passionate about cooking and life. I also have experience in programming, web-development, graphic design and photography.
