American Bulldog - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog - Rex

IN SHELTER: 03/02/07 DOB: 08/21/05 Rex is an awesome and challenging, one person, brawny American Bulldog mix. Rex has benefitted from a rigorous and highly effective rehabilitation program to help him improve his behavior and relate better to people. He is a very special dog who now can fit harmoniously with a household or family that can continue his rehabilitation program and understands his emotional needs. He loves to stay on a schedule and long, regular walks every day is essential for his positive mood. Going for a walk, eating at the same time, everyday, is essential for Rex. If you are interested in adopting please plan on visiting Rex several times so the two of you can get to know each other. There is a special adoption application required for Rex and adopters will have to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of maintaining his rehabilitation program. Training for the right adopter will be provided. Rex weighs approximentally 74 lbs. As of November 2009, Rex is looking for a sanctuary, rescue or professional trainer.
