Nestled conveniently close to the Upper Village of Montecito, a stone’s throw from high fashion boutiques and 5-star dining, this Cape Cod-style Cottage-esque Estate is brimming with imagination and whimsy. The front yard landscaping is ensconced by live oaks, a single tree swing, a fruit orchard with more than a dozen fruit trees, including orange, lemon, cherimoya, apple, and avocado, and a hammock that could nap two. River rocks carve trails through the landscape where one could get lost in daydreams, surrounded by tropical and native California foliage. This modern residence features wood flooring, a “blue” theme throughout, high beamed ceilings with skylights, and clean-lined furniture.

The foyer leads into the great room/dining room that seats up to 10 guests at a farmhouse-style table, and is lined with windows looking out onto the patio and gardens. The kitchen, situated as part of the great room, boasts crisp clean colors, a high ceiling with a skylight, a bay window, a 5-burner Bosch stovetop with a copper hood, 2 large GE ovens, and all modern appliances that any cook would need to prepare a gourmet feast. Just off the great room is a beautiful brick patio/barbecue area that seats up to 10 guests.


Roomy sleeping accommodations start with the 2-story master suite. Upon entering the private master suite, one steps into cabin-like comfort in the lower-level sitting room, complete with a river rock fireplace. The spa-like bathroom features indigo ceramic tiled flooring, counters, and walls, with a double vanity, and an all-enclosed steam room/shower/bath. Walk up the staircase and find yourself surrounded by 360 degree property views in the bedroom. The master bedroom as well includes a king-size bed, a Juliet balcony, a large walk-in closet, and a built-in office.


Just off the great room is an airy guest suite with vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, and a walk-in closet. A spacious bath with a glass-enclosed shower has a skylight which illuminates the cool and peaceful décor.


Sit back and relax next to the large stone fireplace in the formal living room, on overstuffed chairs and couches, while staring out the large bay window. Next to the living room is the office, comprised of modern furniture, blue cork flooring, and skylights that bathe the room in sun. Just through the living room is the game room, with a 52” plasma television, large couches, and convertible lounging/sleeping with 2 futons, making it the ultimate slumber party room!


The back end of the house has an additional 2 bedrooms both with queen-sized beds, and a shared bath. Spacious and peaceful as well with skylights and beamed ceilings, these rooms are perfect for additional guests or as kids’ rooms.


Additional amenities include: Wireless Ethernet throughout and a BluRay player with NetFlix link.

High Season (June - September 15th) & Holidays: $8,500/mo

September 5th - May 31st: Monthly $8,000/mo

$2500 Refundable Security Deposit.

$400 Move-out Cleaning Fee, additional housekeeping can be arranged through MontecitoRental.

Pricing includes average usage of utilities.

All monies due within 10 days of the signed vacation rental agreement
